ORDERING

Methods of Payment

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
Check (bounced checks that do not clear on deposit will be assessed a $25 fee)
Purchase Order (schools or organizations, USA only)
NOTE: the intended licensed user must be the one to complete the order process in order to provide the needed customer information for account setup (including username, password, and email for communication).

Online Orders

Pay safely by credit card using our online store. Your transaction, credit card, and personal information are protected using SSL encryption. Once your credit card payment is confirmed (can take up to 24 hours), physical products will be shipped and login access will be granted for Drama Works! Online.

Offline Orders: Pay by Check

To pay by check, follow these steps:
1. Complete your order online (includes username and password setup for access to Drama Works! Online).
2. At checkout, select “Offline Order” instead of Credit Card.
3. Complete the transaction, which places your order on hold pending receipt of payment.
4. Print the order completion page and mail it to us with a check for the full amount due.
5. Once full payment is received, we will change your order status to “completed”.
6. Your DW Online account will become active, your login ID will function, and print components will be shipped.

Offline Orders: Submit a Purchase Order

For purchase orders, follow these steps:
1. Complete your order online (includes username and password setup for DW Online access).
2. At checkout, select “Offline Order” instead of Credit Card.
3. Complete the transaction, which places your order on hold pending receipt of payment.
4. Print the order completion page and save a copy for your records.
5. Submit a digital copy of your purchase order (in PDF form) using the Upload Purchase Order Document button.
6. If you cannot upload a digital copy of the PO document, just save/print a copy of the completed order and email/mail/fax it in along with a copy of the official purchase order document (we must receive both forms). Email attachment of the PDFs (completed order form and purchase order) is preferred.
If electronic delivery is not an option, you can download the Order Form, fill it in, and send it to us with the purchase order form from your school/district. Note: for security reasons, do not email credit card information. Online is the best way to order with credit card. Faxing the order form is also an option.

Tax

Tax applies only to print components/products (does not apply to Drama Works! Online or Teacher Training). Tax is only added for California residents (verified by your billing address during checkout). The tax rate applied is the current rate for our location in Los Angeles, CA.

International

For individual orders, we only accept payment by major credit card; no checks or cash. The credit card company automatically calculates the currency exchange for you on the date that the card is charged. For volume licensing packages and larger orders, we can arrange for wire transfer payment (bank fees apply). Shipping charges vary (see below). We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an international order if it proves too complicated or expensive.

Volume Licensing, Group Sales, and Staff Development Services

Free consultations are available for administrators considering licensing for multiple teachers in a school, district, or organization. Let us help you put together a package of materials and teacher training services to successfully implement Drama Works! Teaching System. Volume discounts are available.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is calculated for print components/products only (does not apply to Drama Works! Online or Teacher Training).

Domestic USA

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. We will determine which carrier to use to best complete your order. For express or overnight service, or for other shipping arrangements, Contact us (extra charges will apply for express or overnight delivery.)

International

For international shipping we use United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express.  International shipping costs vary by country, size, and weight. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, or tariffs that may be imposed by the receiving country.

Canadian Customers

FedEx Ground is our preferred method of shipment for reliability and tracking. Shipping costs include border crossing and customs clearance. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be imposed (usually little or none for educational materials).

Delivery Time

For domestic USA orders, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. For international orders, delivery time can be anywhere from one to six weeks. Please be aware that delivery time can be delayed by customs inspections.

Domestic USA: $11.95 minimum or 10% of your order, whichever is greater
International: varies by country, weight, and size

RETURNS POLICY

For Drama Works! Online, we do not offer any returns or refunds. Once the user has been granted access to the curriculum, no refund will be given. If there is a technology issue with access, we may try to assist the user, but are under no obligation to do so. Drama Education Network does not offer any formal tech support plan. Go to FAQ for system requirements and technology questions regarding Drama Works! Online.

For print products, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged items, provided that you return the product to us no later than fourteen days after receiving the original shipment.
